Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and effectively on various job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute project plans accurately
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as rebar installation, concrete forming, and masonry work
- Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinets, flooring, tiles, and other building components with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in carpentry and construction
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
- Experience with framing (metal stud or wood), roofing, siding, drywall installation, and flooring techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Skilled in fabrication processes including woodwork, metal fabrication, or CNC assembly when applicable
