This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Waukesha, WI. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination of resources and subcontractors, budgeting, monitoring progress, and resolving any project-related issues. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to maintain excellent communication and achieve project goals.

• Proven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management practices
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry
