Hetzel-Sanfilippo, Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager (Construction) to join our on-site team in Waukesha, WI. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Daily responsibilities include assisting in project scheduling, budgeting, supervising staff, monitoring construction safety compliance, and ensuring timely project completion within approved scope and quality standards. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with various team members and stakeholders.
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively oversee teams and coordinate on-site tasks
- Experience in Budgeting and Project Control for efficient resource allocation and financial management
- In-depth knowledge of Construction processes and best practices
