Monday to Friday shifts 2pm to 7pm
Saturdays 8 to 11

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with patient intake, including taking vitals and recording patient symptoms
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Excellent customer service and patient care skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
