We are seeking a Chiropractic Front Desk / Assistant who will be the first point of contact for our patients and assist the doctor and clinical team with daily operations. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage patient intake forms, insurance verification, and billing assistance
- Assist the chiropractor with patient care as needed (e.g., setup for treatments, guiding patients)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and treatment area
- Handle patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Educate patients on treatments, protocols, and clinic services
- Support marketing efforts, including appointment reminders, promotions, and patient follow-ups
