What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Receivables Analyst position at Hertz Local Edition?
A Day in the Life:
This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and analytical duties associated with receivables. Performs a variety of functions to support the receivables related to our fleet, including high level research and analysis, reconciliations, and accommodating specialized billing requests for top accounts.
We expect the starting salary to be around $44k; the actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze, prepare, and distribute accurate monthly ad hoc reports.
- Ensure integrity and quickly resolve issues, rates, electronic billing.
- Use analytical techniques to provide meaningful data.
- Review and complete system updates as requested by Leader.
- Use customer service/analytical skills to handle billings and phone calls.
- Inter-Company shared duties of Inter-company accounting, settlement schedules and journal entry preparation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Customer Service experience highly desired
- Associate degree in business or related field required
- Analytical Skills
- General accounting knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Intermediate excel skills
- Must be able to manage multiple assignments
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have strong time management and organization skills
- Good decision making skills
