We’re hiring an Automotive Sales Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and support omni-channel initiatives. This role oversees the sales team, finance process, and store operations, making it ideal for a results-driven leader ready to take the next step in their career.
The starting wage for this position is $43,888/yr eligible for bonus incentives
What You’ll Do:
Sales Leadership
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching
Drive CRM accountability and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy
Finance Oversight
Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance deal packages
Follow up on missing documents and pending deals
Collaborate with Sales Consultants to improve finance metrics
Support Finance & Insurance (F&I) process and performance
Store Operations
Deliver high customer satisfaction scores (NPS)
Train staff on customer interaction and operational processes
Act as second-in-command at the store location
Support inventory, reconditioning, and pricing processes
Monitor compliance with store and audit checklists
Address employee, customer, and vendor concerns in partnership with leadership and HR
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 20 years of age or older
3 years of car sales experience
1 year of management experience
Experience in auto dealership or auto financing preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse, high-performing team
Results-driven with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Excellent organization, time management, and adaptability
