SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible under the direct supervision of nursing staff to perform the essential duties to assist patient care providers in the care of Perioperative patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Obtain a BLS for Healthcare Provider certification within 45-days of date of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Six (6) months of patient care experience preferred.
• CNA preferred.
