Role Description
Herrin Law, PLLC is seeking a full-time Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team on-site at our Dallas, TX office. The attorney will handle a range of civil litigation matters, including drafting and filing legal documents, attending court proceedings, conducting depositions, and managing motions. Regular responsibilities include legal research, client consultations, case strategy development, and the provision of sound legal advice. Collaboration and the ability to work effectively in a results-oriented, client-focused environment are essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and the ability to provide comprehensive legal representation.
- Experience with drafting and managing Motions, including pre-trial and post-trial motions.
- Proficiency in preparing for and appearing in Courts, including trials and hearings.
- Skill in conducting strategic Depositions and examination of witnesses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation required.
- Proven ability to handle cases independently and aggressively manage a dynamic caseload.
