We are a growing private practice in Herriman seeking a compassionate, self-motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensed mental health professional to join our team full-time. . Position Overview
The ideal candidate is confident managing their own caseload, enjoys working with diverse clients, and values autonomy while being part of a collegial team. This role allows flexibility, clinical independence, and the opportunity to grow within a positive practice culture. We are needing someone who can offer therapy to a diverse population, but specifically enjoys working with couples.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage a full client caseload
- Provide individual (and/or couples/family) therapy, but specifically enjoys couples work
- Complete timely documentation and treatment planning
- Collaborate professionally with colleagues as needed
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Utah LCSW license (or equivalent independent clinical license such as CMHC, LMFT), or associates licience
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Self-directed and organized
- Experience in private practice preferred but not required
