About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Dealer Growth who can develop people, build trusted dealership relationships, and lead by example.

This role combines personal business development responsibility within an assigned geography with leadership of a team of three to five Growth Coaches. You will manage your own pipeline and sales goals while coaching your team to build relationships, identify dealer needs, and connect dealerships with the right Herohub solutions.

Reporting to the Vice President of Dealer Growth & Performance, you will be responsible for both your individual results and your team’s performance.

What You’ll Do

Develop business in your assigned geography

• Build relationships with dealership owners, general managers, and other decision-makers.
• Prospect, conduct discovery conversations, present solutions, and close new business.
• Understand each dealership’s goals and challenges and recommend Herohub products and services that meet its needs.
• Maintain consistent follow-up, accurate CRM records, and a healthy pipeline.
• Achieve individual revenue and business development goals.

Lead and develop three to five Growth Coaches

• Set clear expectations for activity, pipeline development, follow-up, and revenue.
• Hold regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and team meetings.
• Help Growth Coaches strengthen discovery, presentations, proposals, and closing skills.
• Participate in dealer conversations to support development and move opportunities forward.
• Build a team culture grounded in ownership, preparation, service, and results.

Support Herohub’s growth and dealer experience

• Develop and execute a growth plan for your team’s assigned region.
• Provide accurate forecasts and use performance data to guide priorities and course corrections.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Dealer Success, and the Performance Team to create a consistent experience from the first conversation through onboarding and ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, referrals, and expansion within existing dealer relationships.
• Bring dealer feedback to leadership to help improve Herohub’s offerings and customer experience.
• Represent Herohub at dealership visits, industry events, and company programs as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development, with experience managing a territory and achieving revenue goals.
• Experience leading or coaching a sales team while maintaining personal sales responsibilities.
• Strong discovery, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A disciplined approach to prospecting, follow-up, CRM management, and forecasting.
• The ability to translate goals into clear priorities and consistent daily action.
• A willingness to receive coaching, adapt, and take ownership of results.
• A service-minded approach that earns trust and focuses on long-term dealer success.
• Experience in powersports, motorcycles, automotive retail, marine, or related dealership industries is preferred. Familiarity with dealership operations, training, consulting, or business technology is also valuable.
