Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health
Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Pay: $100 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities following illness, injury, or surgery.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions in patients' homes.
- Assess and improve patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications to promote safety and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and fall prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain compliance with all home health regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
