Hero Practice Services is currently seeking a Regional Vision Lead to provide training guidance in all aspects of the vision line of business. This position includes 50-75% travel.
Pay range: $52,000-$58,000/yr
Job Responsibilities
- Advise, teach, and train on best practices for efficient patient workflow
- Create, foster, and maintain relationships that promote quality patient care
- Assist in creating vision training materials
- Support outreach events as needed
- Communicate and train on Hero’s Virtuous Cycle.
- Integrate with ECW team to support during conversations and roll-outs
- Assist in the training for new practices/teams in all vision positions and tasks
- Educate teams on clinical supply ordering
- Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of previous experience in a vision environment
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Positive and outgoing demeanor and leadership experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
