As a Project Manager, you will support the planning, development, and delivery of a range of programmes and services. Working closely with a Program Manager, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required technical standards. This is an onsite role based in Columbus, Mississippi, offering high visibility and the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of assigned projects
- Support the Program Manager in tracking financial and delivery performance across multiple workstreams
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status and resolving issues as they arise
- Identify project risks and actively develop and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects align with agreed master plans, milestones, and schedules
- Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to drive successful project outcomes
Experience Required
- A four-year university degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- A solid understanding of project management principles and tools used to measure project success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with project data and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused skills
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Must meet the legal definition of a U.S. person under applicable regulations
Salary : $98,500 - $153,000
