Job OverviewPrecision Fence Company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects. We are looking for someone who plan and organize projects to ensure they are on time, on budget, and to the required standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading each team on different jobs, managing the resources, communicating with office staff about the project and the customers, and coordinating all aspects of the project from start the finish.Responsibilities / Skills:Leadership / Management : Maintain all fence contractors by ensuring they are on task, on time, and on/under budget on all projects. Ensure that all members know their roles on the project and each member uses the resources that they are given to complete the project efficiently.Communication: Act as the central point of communication between all parties on the project by Communicating with all managing parties of the project including, office staff, other project managers, clients, fence contractors, and crew members of the progress on the job.Planning / Organizing: Plan and organize projects by defining the project's scope, create a detailed plan/timeline, and, assign task to each member. Set goals and deadlines for contractors to accomplish to maintain positive productivity.Problem Solving / Adapting: Be able to address any issue that could cause the project to not be on time, on budget, or up to standard. Be able to adapt to any changes on the project is a fast and efficient manner. Be able to make decisions for crew members to overcome any obstacles through the project.Requirements:Valid Driver's LicenseAt least one year of construction experience (Preferred but not required)4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Building Construction Science (Preferred but not required), or Engineering (Preferred but not required)Certifications (Preferred but not required) such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute or Project Manager and Senior Project Manager Certifications from the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management .
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
