Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will prospect and cultivate client relationships, conduct virtual and in-person consultations, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing residential properties in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, coordinating showings, advising on pricing and marketing strategies, and negotiating offers in the best interest of clients. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property inventory, and regulatory requirements, while delivering high-quality customer service and clear communication. The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will collaborate with the other agents, and uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a current New York State Real Estate License and solid knowledge of real estate regulations.
- Candidates should possess proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and negotiation experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Candidates should possess comfort with remote work tools and technology, including CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.

Accepted applicants will receive a 90% commission split and basic and advanced training from a New York State licensed real estate instructor.
