Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The agent will manage the full real estate transaction cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting in person and virtual consultations, and advising clients on buying, selling, and renting residential properties. Daily activities include preparing and reviewing listing materials and offers, coordinating showings (in collaboration with local partners as needed), guiding clients through negotiations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The agent will maintain accurate records, use digital tools and platforms to market properties, and communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and professional guidance. Collaboration with the brokerage team to share market insights and uphold Herndon Eagleton’s service standards is expected.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an active New York State Real Estate License
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively generate leads, build relationships, and close transactions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and remote communication platforms (CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, online listing services).
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation.
- Prior experience in New York City metroplitan area real estate market is beneficial.
