We are currently seeking a Part-Time Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our team in West Covina, CA. This is a hybrid role that allows for both telehealth and in-person sessions.
Position Overview
The Associate Marriage and Family Therapist will provide therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed clinician. This role is ideal for a motivated associate who is eager to gain hands-on clinical experience, refine their skills, and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions in both telehealth and in-person settings
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with practice and legal standards
- Participate in weekly supervision (individual and group) with a licensed supervisor
- Collaborate with colleagues and practice leadership to support client care
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Deliver ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent care to clients
Qualifications
- Current registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in the state of California (required)
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field (required)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being an active member of a team
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Passion for community mental health and professional growth
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time: 10–16 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule: Telehealth In-person (West Covina office)
- Competitive compensation based on experience
