We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer networking, IT infrastructure, and software troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond to IT issues promptly and provide technical support across the organization
- Set up accounts for new users and assist with password resets
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Ensure security and privacy of systems data
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and macOS
- Knowledge of computer management tools and IT support software
- Experience with Remedy or similar help desk software is a plus
- Strong understanding of computer networking and IT infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39.53 - $53.70 per hour
