Position Summary:
Cristek manufactures electrical connectors, cable assemblies, harnesses, and related electro-mechanical products, and holds multiple quality certifications including; AC 7121, AS9100 & ISO 9001. Cristek, established in 1985, is headquartered in Anaheim, CA with divisions in North Billerica, MA and Minden, NV. The Process Engineering Technician, based in Anaheim, CA will collaborate with associates across multiple departments, to insure accurate and timely processing of work instruction’s, first time development research, tool validations and to provide general support to the Engineering department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Using Customer requirements and Industry Standards, manufacture first time builds for new product and provide content for operator work instructions.
- Develop the sequences of manufacturing hardware.
- Convert content of customer drawings, specs, & parts lists into work instructions by capturing images and part number specific detail.
- Report any discrepancies relative to customer and industry requirements.
- Support other team members with hands on workmanship.
- Collect APQP input (process flows, PFMEA, control plans, capacity analyses, etc.
- Support emergency production capacity surges.
- Support activity related to Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA, SCAR, RCCA).
- Support internal production audits.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification (one time certification minimum),
- Excellent workmanship skills, Solder, molding, shielding.
- Print reading
- Exposure to Quality Standards including AC 7121 NADCAP Checklist and internal Quality Management System.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
