What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Trainer position at Hermetic AI?
We're Hermetic AI. We build Mia — an AI agent that handles private event and catering inquiries for multi-location restaurant groups. We're growing and need someone to help us deliver a great experience to every client we onboard.
The role:
You'll be the person who gets new clients live on Mia and keeps her performing well over time. That means setting up accounts, learning how each restaurant group operates, and updating Mia's prompts when clients tell us something isn't landing right.
This is a hands-on, client-facing ops role at the intersection of AI and hospitality.
What you'll do:
- Set up and configure new client accounts
- Gather feedback from clients on how Mia is responding
- Write, test, and refine prompt updates based on that feedback
- QA Mia's outputs to catch issues proactively
- Document what's working so we can scale it
Who you are:
- Sharp attention to detail — you read outputs carefully and know when something's off
- Good with people — clients are restaurant operators, not tech people
- Comfortable with ambiguity — we're a startup, things move fast
- Bonus: background in hospitality, customer success, or AI tools
Comp & setup:
- $60,000–$75,000
