About The Role

As a Client-facing Ops role at the intersection of AI and hospitality, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto Mia, an AI agent for private event and catering inquiries. This involves setting up accounts, understanding client operations, and refining Mia's prompts based on feedback to ensure a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure new client accounts.
• Gather feedback from clients on Mia's performance.
• Write, test, and refine prompt updates based on client feedback.
• Proactively QA Mia's outputs to identify and resolve issues.
• Document successful processes for scalability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Sharp attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with restaurant operators.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment.
• (Bonus) Background in hospitality, customer success, or AI tools.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000–$75,000
• Full-time, remote position.
