He or she will need to handle a variety of tasks, such as faxing, taking and routing phone calls, sending mail, and preparing patient rooms and meeting rooms. Mastering scheduling of patients in over 70 clinics across the state is paramount.
A good job candidate must be professional and friendly. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences.
Responsibilities of a Receptionist:
- Welcoming and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Organizing and distributing mail
- Copying, faxing and performing other administrative tasks
- Preparing patient rooms and meeting rooms
- Taking payments
- Assisting with keeping the office clean and well-organized

- Experience with billing and coding is a plus
Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
