Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques.
- Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors.
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential or hotel;
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining efficiency and quality. Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
