- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold cleanliness standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilize industrial cleaning techniques and equipment safely and effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests with a positive attitude and prompt service.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff on best practices and company standards.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
