Inside Sales & Customer Solutions Specialist

Herkules USA in Ford City, PA, is looking to hire a highly motivated individual for Inside Sales & Customer Solutions Specialist in an office setting. We are a leading international machine manufacturer that builds and remanufactures roll grinders, lathes, mills and many other large machine tools. This position is fast paced and there is always something new to learn. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team with patience and courtesy.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Data Entry/computer skills

· Gathering information then preparing quotes as well as following up in a timely manner

· Processing sales orders and generating purchase orders

· Research drawings to locate customer’s parts (depending on skill level)

· Customer relations with the territory and salesperson you will be assisting

You will need to have:

· Attention to detail

· Organizational skills

· Multi-tasking skills

· Strong customer focus

· Basic computer skills

· Coachable personality and eagerness to learn

· Clear verbal and written communication skills

These skills are a plus but not mandatory:

· Previous inside sales & customer solutions experience

· Machine shop or industrial equipment parts background

· Blueprint reading

Salary based on experience.
