What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Cabinetry Installer (Kitchen & Bath) position at Heritage Woodcraft d/b/a HWC Custom Cabinetry?
HWC Custom Cabinetry designs, manufactures, and installs custom cabinetry. Our business continues to experience growth and we are adding multiple positions to our team.
We are seeking Experienced Cabinet Installers. Starting pay depends on experience.
OBJECTIVE:
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by installation of jobs to meet customer requirements, including, but not limited to delivery, productivity (efficiency), quality costs and safety and management. Maintain professional, cooperative relationships with all clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 yrs. proven leadership experience in cabinetry installation using a wide range of product types, sizes, and difficulties
- Be able to personally execute whole house installs with only plans and limited guidance, either alone or with a team
- Lead a team of junior installers from project start to finish cohesively
- Manage installations at single family homes and multiple building/multiple unit projects with limited direction
- Proficient with leveraging various forms of technology to improve what you do (mobile devices & tablets utilizing project management software and Google products)
- Working knowledge and ability to read, understand, and follow detailed cabinetry plans
- Complete high-quality, high-profile projects in the time allotted by anticipating and balancing workload based upon general guidelines established.
- Continuous improvement, team-oriented mentality. Consistently projecting a positive, professional attitude and approach to the job, the company, and co-workers
- Understand and conform to company policies and procedures
- Use company time conscientiously, arriving for work on time
- Maintain confidentiality
- Own hand tools (major tools provided)
- Valid DL w/ own transportation, acceptable driving record
- Pass a drug screen and background check
-Must be highly proficient in English (oral and written)
HOURS:
Mon-Thu, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fri - Overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
