Heritage Vet Partners is looking to grow our Accounts Payable team in the West Point or Omaha area! We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Associate to handle various back-office duties. This position will work directly with our Accounts Payable Specialists as well as our Accounting Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES Include, But Are No Limited To
This position is a very flexible hybrid position. The typical hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. The option to work remote 3-4 days per week is a possibility after training!

- Entering bills for payment in our expense reporting platform as well as assisting clinics with their entries
- Various bookkeeping tasks
- Communication with our vendor AR departments
- Various other duties as assigned
- High attention to detail
- Highly organized

- Computer & Excel knowledge and experience
- Basic Accounting or accounts payable knowledge
