We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support daily operations across office and warehouse functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork, and customer service matter.
Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day business needs
- Receive, organize, label, and track incoming and outgoing inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution
- Maintain accurate records in inventory, shipping, and office systems
- Support filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties as needed
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and customers in a professional manner
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in both office and warehouse areas
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational concerns
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and other operational projects
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in office support, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or a related environment is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of common office software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort working in a role that includes both office and warehouse responsibilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory systems, shipping software, or ERP platforms
- Familiarity with common warehouse equipment and procedures
- Prior experience handling customer inquiries or internal support requests
- Strong organizational habits and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Work Environment
This position may involve a combination of desk-based administrative work and physical warehouse tasks. Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving between work areas throughout the day.
