Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Provide professional customer support by phone and in person.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer billing inquiries and assist with account-related questions.
- Conduct customer outreach and follow-up communications.
- Support Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) with planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Order Management & Logistics
- Receive customer orders and enter them into company systems.
- Place orders with distributors and vendors.
- Utilize Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) systems.
- Create, label, package, and ship products.
- Pick up products from suppliers and occasionally deliver products to customers as needed.
Veterinary & Compliance Support
- Assist with maintaining compliance related to Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationships (VCPR).
- Support prescription (script) processing and related documentation.
- Provide HerdTrax support and assist with other veterinary administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
Industry Engagement
- Attend industry meetings, trade events, and networking opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and help strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Preferred
- Agricultural industry experience or product knowledge.
- Sales, customer service, or order management experience.
