What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ daily health
- Use your clinical judgment to recognize changes in condition and respond promptly
- Collaborate with providers and the Director of Nursing to ensure safe, individualized care
- Lead and mentor caregivers during your shift, fostering teamwork and skill development
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, supporting dignity and independence
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Compassion for seniors in assisted living
