JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, providing analysis and insights to management.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information for reporting purposes.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support the finance team in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Accountant or in a related role.
- Experience working with Intacct software or similar accounting software is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the use of 10-key calculator for financial calculations.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
