What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily success of our restaurant by:
- Leading and supporting front-of-house operations during your shifts.
- Inspiring, coaching, and developing team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Creating a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and appreciated.
- Assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Managing shift schedules and helping ensure labor goals are met.
- Responding to guest feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.
- Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering and cost controls.
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures and cash management responsibilities.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, and food safety practices.
- ServSafe Certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
