What You’ll Do:
As a Resident Care Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Leading and overseeing a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Developing and implementing bi-weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage, efficiency, and minimal overtime.
- Serving as a shift lead and on-call contact on a rotating basis, effectively identifying, investigating, and resolving operational issues.
- Identifying staffing needs and assisting with the recruiting and selection process to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Providing direct resident care, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and maintaining accurate resident records and charts.
