Description:Overview:The Site Coordinator oversees and manages the day-to-day operations in a specific territory of our in-home care team.Requirements:Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required.Marketing and/or medical experience preferred.Management experience preferred.Job Type: Full-time/SalaryBenefits:Flexible scheduleLife insurancePaid time offHealth and supplemental Insurance offered after first 60 daysSchedule: Salary positionWeekdaysWork Location: On the road/home office or Caring Friends officeClient homes providing assessments and cares on occasionClient Duties:Coordinate care and services for clients and maintain schedules of clients and staff.Assess client needs and report changes in client conditions. Communicate with clients or clients' families/POA, case managers for scheduling and client concerns.Report to Adult and Children Protective Services and Law Enforcement as necessary.Provide caregiving services as needed.Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when providing care and/or services in a client's home or while in a motor vehicle.Supervisor Duties:Interview, onboard, train, mentor and coach caregivers to ensure compliance with policy and procedure. Ensure caregivers maintain documentation of services provided based on identified needs during each visit to the client's home.Communicate with Caring Friends, agency, clients, and responsible parties regarding client care and services.Document and report any issues or violations to management.Meet and/or speak regularly with caregivers and supervisors to identify and correct problem areas and improve services.Marketing Duties:Marketing appointments with referral sources. Participate in community eventsWork independently, with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectively with other personnel.Skills and RequirementsEffective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to evaluate and control business expenses for financial stability.Ability to supervise and lead caregivers.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and Excel.Basic medical terminology knowledge.Ability to visit and communicate with referral sources.A valid driver’s license is required.Ability to provide documentation in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)Ability to provide client cares per caregiver job descriptionWork Conditions:Work in client homes and/or with clients at community events assigned.Supervise caregivers in Client homes for training and coaching purposes.Travel between client homes for assessment, caregiver evaluations, and client care.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
