What You’ll Do:
As our Director of Human Resources Operations, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of core HR functions, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless associate experience by:
- Driving Operational Excellence & Service Delivery:
- Leading and overseeing core HR operational functions including payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Owning the HR Operations service mailbox to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality responses to associate and manager inquiries.
- Establishing service standards and workflows that support an efficient and associate-centric HR operation.
- Optimizing HRIS & Systems Administration (UKG):
- Serving as the functional owner of the UKG HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, system security, and optimal utilization across all modules.
- Leading system configuration, testing, and upgrades while partnering with IT and Finance on enhancements and integrations.
- Developing documentation and end-user training to support consistent system adoption across the organization.
- Leading Performance & Benefits Programs:
- Executing the annual performance management cycle, managing technical workflows for goal setting, reviews, and reporting.
- Managing vendor and broker relationships to ensure benefit programs are compliant, competitive, and efficiently administered.
- Overseeing all leave programs (FMLA, disability, etc.) and ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Empowering Leadership with Data & Analytics:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of HR Operations professionals, fostering accountability and continuous professional growth.
- Owning HR operational metrics to provide accurate, timely, and actionable reporting on headcount, turnover, and payroll accuracy.
- Developing dashboards and recurring reports to support data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.
- Identifying and leading initiatives to streamline processes, improve automation, and enhance the overall associate experience.
