We are seeking a self-motivated, accounting oriented individual for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This full-time position will focus on AP, AR, tracking, reviewing, reporting, and reconciling duties.

Responsibilities:
- APPO variance reconciliation and adjusting
- Product and Customer pricing reconciliation and verification
- Customer RMA credit invoice processing
- Customer account corrections/credits
- Inbound freight reconciliation and verification
- Costing report variance tracking and adjusting
- Daily bank deposits
- Petty Cash maintenance
- Invoice and costing reports filing
- Some customer service duties and help with Customer questions
- Backup products/sales order process, customer service duties - as needed.
- Other accounting related responsibilities as needed. (Assist other depts. in receiving, dispatch, billing, pricing, agility, etc.)
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in Accounting/Finance and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Industry knowledge is helpful. (Not a must.)
- Basic computer knowledge.
