Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time

You will participate and work with a team to deliver hands-on, compassionate, end of life care while supporting patients, family members, and other community caregivers as they navigate the complexities of their journey.

1. Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.

2. Minimum 1 year professional experience as an LPN/LVN required. Three years nursing experience with Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience preferred.

3. Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State.

4. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.

5. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.

6. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

7. Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.

8. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

9. Understands philosophy of hospice concept. Also understands needs of the terminally ill.

● Competitive pay ranges from $38-$42/hour (equivalent to $79,040 - $87,360/year if working full-time) based on experience.
