Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in Indiana
- Hospice, Home Health, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and ability to travel to patient's current residence
- Must have knowledge & commitment to Hospice Philosophy of Care
Salary : $35
