Heritage Home Service is seeking a Lead Generator Installer with a valid New Hampshire Electrical License to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the installation of standby generators and leading a small team of 2 installation helpers/apprentices. The ideal candidate is a skilled electrician with leadership experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 2 install helpers/apprentices during generator installations
- Perform the electrical connections and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Coordinate with install team and customers to ensure timely and accurate installations
- Conduct site assessments and verify installation plans
- Train and mentor apprentices to develop their technical skills and safety awareness
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Proven experience in generator installation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and installation manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with residential standby generators (e.g., Generac, Kohler)
- Knowledge of local building and electrical codes
- Customer service experience in a residential setting
