As an RN Supervisor in our facility, you will need to know how to use your voice as a strong advocate for the Residents you care for. Not only will you apply your skills as a nurse, but you will maintain professionalism and leadership as you guide and set an example for those around you.

Shift Available: 7am-7pm every weekend
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to give and take constructive feedback
