POSITION SUMMARY:
The Rebate Administrator will work directly with all Buyers. Provide support in collecting all documentation on a weekly basis from all departments for processing and billing various allowances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect necessary documentation for billing weekly purposes.
- Generate invoices for buyer's approval and submit to accounting for processing.
- Generate weekly, periodically and quarterly rebate billing reports.
- Monitor rebate to meet monthly target goals.
- Perform independent analysis and recommend courses of action to streamline process.
- Conduct monthly auditing billing.
- Other special projects as necessary; Performs all other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Requires a minimum of 1-year business administration experience.
- Demonstrated decision-making ability.
- Ability to work with various departments.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Excel.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual: English-Spanish preferred).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong retail math skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Knowledge of planning systems desirable, Category Analyzer.

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members.
