SCHEDULE
** Five day work week **
Opening Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00A-4:00P with one day off during the week, rotate Saturdays 8:00A-3:30P, Sundays closed
Closing Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30A-5:30P with one day off during the week, rotate Saturdays 8:00A-3:30P, Sundays closed

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Previous customer service experience
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
