What You’ll Do:
- Efficiently complete assigned maintenance and repair orders, following dealership standards.
- Conduct full multi-point inspections and provide estimates.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors for smooth workflow and superior communication.
- Inspect and test incoming new vehicles to flag any issues before delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating findings and updates.
- Work cooperatively with the team to exceed guest expectations.
- Stay current on the latest automotive technologies through ongoing formal training.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED; minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to understand and follow written guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable tool kit (you supply your own), and computer proficiency.
- Exceptional customer service and respect for guest vehicles—keeping them clean and treated well.
- A tidy, organized work station and high standards of honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
- Capable of prolonged manual tasks—lifting, bending, standing, squatting—and comfortable with manual-transmission vehicles.
- Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and pre-employment testing.
