Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated expert for all consumer loan applications submitted through digital channels, including Mobile Banking and Online Banking, ensuring seamless processing and personalized guidance.
- Drive promotional campaigns and initiatives through targeted inbound and outbound engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance member relationships.
- Consult with members via phone, email, or digital platforms to explain product features, benefits, and tailored recommendations, always prioritizing their financial well-being.
- Implement a structured sales approach to foster long-term member loyalty, increase product adoption, and align with the Credit Union’s core values.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, capturing every opportunity to serve members and maximize business growth.
- Handle accurate and efficient loan documentation, from applications to closings via DocuSign or coordinated branch support.
- Onboard and integrate new loan products originated from other channels, ensuring a smooth member experience.
- Achieve and exceed established sales and service targets, with opportunities for recognition and rewards based on performance.
- College Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Previous sales experience is required, preferably in a financial service setting.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Familiarity of the sales processes, approaches and skills needed to be successful in an inside and outbound sales role.
- Knowledge of Company loan services, policies, and procedures
- Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards and required loan documentation.
