Benefits begin on the first day of employment!The Opportunity:We are looking for a talented person with Refrigeration and HVAC experience to become a Counter Sales Representative at our Ashtabula, OH location. Responsibilities of this position will include:Assist in the day-to-day activities within the branch and assist in the effective operations.Work with team members to increase the sales results and market share of our lead product lines.Manage inventory through current systems and processesBuild relationships with current key customers and assist in cultivating new accounts.Becoming skilled at the vast product lineup that the company offersJob Requirements Qualifications and Experience:Experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry.Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channelsTechnical field experience is a plus but not requiredProficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuiteExcellent communications skillsAbility to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internallyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wiselyStrong desire to meet goals and objectivesMaintains a sense of urgency, proactiveAbility to solve problems effectivelyCreative approach to problem solving
