The General Superintendent provides overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple concrete construction projects, either directly or through subordinate Superintendents. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
This role requires a visionary leader who can mentor field teams, coordinate resources, foster strong partnerships with general contractors and subcontractors, and uphold the values that make our company stand apart.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 10 years in concrete construction, with at least 5 in a leadership role managing multiple projects or Superintendents.
- Strong knowledge of waste/storm water infrastructures, safety standards, and quality control.
- Proven track record in budget, schedule, and resource management.
- Experience training and mentoring field leaders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
- Bilingual a plus.
