Concrete Laborer – Job Overview
A Laborer supports projects by performing a variety of physical labor tasks. This includes assisting with site preparation, handling materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following the direction of the site foreman and superintendent to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
· Site Preparation: Assist in setting up forms and other related physical tasks.
· Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
· Support Work: Perform general construction support activities as directed by the lead carpenter, foreman or Superintendent to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
· Jobsite Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
· Safety Compliance: Wear required PPE, report hazards and follow all company safety rules and procedures.
· Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand, walk, and move around job sites for extended periods, including on uneven terrain.
· Ability to talk and hear clearly, to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
· Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolding and work at elevated heights without fear if required.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. regularly.
· Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and handling heavy materials.
Minimum Requirements
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
· Must provide and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools required to perform the job; 22 oz hammer, 25’ tape measure, tool belt, and a razor knife.
· Must be able to travel frequently for projects located outside the local area.
Additional Compensation Offered For:

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
