Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service while accurately processing daily financial transactions and balancing cash drawers.
- Assist with vault cash, ATM servicing, and opening/closing procedures.
- Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and compliance policies.
- Greet customers, answer inquiries, resolve account issues, and cross-sell bank products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality client support.
Requirements
- Banking experience preferred, but not required.
- Customer service experience.
- Computer proficiency with banking software systems and standard office equipment.
- High attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving and time management abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
- Integrity and trustworthiness when handling sensitive financial information

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
