Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher

- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including students with autism or special education requirements
- Maintain classroom routines and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures

- Follow mandated reporting laws and school policies to ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Christian
- Prior experience working with children in classroom settings, childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
- Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and working with individuals with autism or special needs is a plus
